The Maintenance Person will perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot minor repairs, and assist with special projects.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical and maintenance skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor repairs and perform routine preventative tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must be able to lift, bend, stand for extended periods, and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the interior and exterior of the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, kitchen, storage, and exterior spaces.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on kitchen equipment and facilities.
• Follow safety guidelines for chemicals, ladder use, and PPE; ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Keep walkways and entrances clear of hazards and monitor exterior lighting and signage.
• Assist management with special projects and operational needs; ensure equipment is clean and ready for peak periods.
