Qualifications

• Previous maintenance experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and condition of the restaurant, its equipment, and surrounding property.
• Filter fryer oil as required.
• Maintain exterior grounds and parking areas.
• Clean restaurant equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery trucks and remove trash; operate trash compactor.
• Replace light bulbs; clean HVAC and exhaust areas; identify maintenance concerns and report to management.
