The role involves physical work across dining areas, back-of-house spaces, and outdoor areas. The position requires performing routine maintenance, assisting with deliveries, and upholding standards to help the team serve delicious food and provide a positive guest

Qualifications

• Maintenance role requires keeping interior and exterior restaurant clean.
• Responsibilities include operating and maintaining equipment and assisting management.

Responsabilités

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds and clean equipment, windows, stock rooms, restrooms.
• Unload deliveries twice a week and manage trash and bulb changes.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.
