McDonald’s restaurant seeks a Maintenance Person to support management in keeping the dining area and back-of-house facilities clean and well-maintained. You will help ensure equipment is functioning and the restaurant environment remains safe and welcoming.

Responsibilities cover fryer maintenance, grounds upkeep, cleaning tasks, deliveries, waste management, lighting, and HVAC equipment upkeep, with comprehensive benefits offered through the franchisee.

Qualifications

• The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.
• The Maintenance Person’s responsibilities may include: daily fryer oil filtering, grounds maintenance, cleaning equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms, unloading deliveries, trash compactor tasks, changing light bulbs, and cleaning HVAC/exhaust units.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
