McDonald’s is seeking a Maintenance Person for a corporate-owned restaurant operated by an independent franchisee. The team member will help achieve outstanding cleanliness and keep restaurant equipment in good working order, supporting the maintenance team with daily tasks and supply needs.

The position involves performing routine maintenance, following safety guidelines, and contributing to a well-run facility that serves guests with efficiency and care.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience or ability to perform routine upkeep in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Maintain interior and exterior cleanliness and keep equipment in good condition.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines while performing maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck two times a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.
