McDonald’s franchisee is hiring a Maintenance Person to support restaurant cleanliness and upkeep. You will work as part of the maintenance team to ensure interior and exterior areas are well-maintained and equipment performs reliably.

The role emphasizes daily cleaning tasks, safety adherence, and routine facility upkeep, with training provided to perform duties effectively. Benefits include education support, meals, and vacation time.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant maintenance or similar facility upkeep.
• Ability to operate cleaning and maintenance equipment.
• Familiar with safety procedures and basic building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.
