Job summary

McDonald’s franchise location is seeking a Maintenance Person to uphold interior and exterior cleanliness and to maintain restaurant equipment. The role supports management in daily upkeep and operational readiness at a corporate-owned restaurant operated by a franchisee.

You will perform daily maintenance tasks, work closely with the team, and contribute to a positive dining environment with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth offered by the franchisee.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in fast-food or retail preferred.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and operate restaurant equipment.
• Willing to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck twice a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.
