Job summary

McDonald's, operated by an independent franchisee, is seeking a Maintenance Person to keep the restaurant clean and equipment in good working order. You will join a maintenance team with responsibilities including cleaning inside and outside areas and assisting with everyday upkeep.

As a franchisee employee, you will be supported with the tools and training needed to succeed, including unloading deliveries, replacing light bulbs, and maintaining HVAC/Exhaust units.

Qualifications

• The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.
• The Maintenance Person’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: filtering oil fryers daily, maintaining outside grounds, cleaning equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms, unloading deliveries, taking out trash, changing light bulbs, and cleaning HVAC/exhaust units and roof debris.

• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
