Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a Maintenance Person to assist management in keeping the restaurant clean both inside and out and to maintain restaurant equipment. You will be part of the Maintenance Team supporting daily tasks and training as needed.

Responsibilities include fryer filtration, grounds upkeep, cleaning duties, deliveries, trash, lighting, and HVAC/exhaust upkeep. This role supports franchise operations and requires flexibility with shifts and duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in keeping a fast-food restaurant clean and safe.
• Ability to maintain and troubleshoot restaurant equipment.
• Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Filter fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload deliveries twice a week.
• Take out and empty trash and maintain lighting.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.
