Job summary

McDonald's is seeking a Maintenance Person to help keep restaurant interiors and exteriors clean and to maintain equipment. This franchisee-operated position offers a path to learn and grow within the McDonald’s network.

You will perform tasks like oil fryer filtration, grounds maintenance, cleaning, light bulb changes, and HVAC cleanup, supporting the team and ensuring a safe, welcoming dining environment.

Qualifications

• The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness, as well as in maintaining restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily.
• Maintaining outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms, and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and the roof of debris.
