Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of previous cook experience in a similar environment.
• Knowledge of sanitation and food safety practices.
• Ability to operate POS and Kitchen Display System.
• Flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must obtain local/state food handling permits and ServSafe certification.
• Criminal background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and follow all department operating procedures and logs.
• Prepare all food items per recipe guidelines and adjust for flavor.
• Cook items across stations including pantry, fryer, grill, and sauté.
• Coordinate with kitchen leadership to manage prep and end-of-shift cleaning.
• Monitor quality and ensure sanitation and safety standards.
• Assist and support the Sous Chef and Executive Chef as needed.
• Ensure timely execution of orders and guest satisfaction.
