Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of cook experience in a similar environment.
• Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices.
• Ability to use POS and Kitchen Display System.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Local/state food handling permits and ServSafe certification as required.
• Background check and drug screen completed.

Responsibilities

• Follow procedures and maintain daily logs for temperature and cleaning.
• Ensure compliance with food handling and sanitation regulations.
• Prepare all food items per recipe guidelines and assist chefs.
• Execute orders promptly while handling multiple orders.
• Coordinate daily prep, restocking, and end-of-shift cleanup.
