Qualifications

• Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees.
• Ability to oversee restaurant conditions and ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards.
• Strong focus on food preparation, presentation and freshness of products.
• Ability to read and interpret store reports and operating instructions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and provide customer service leadership.
• Coach and train restaurant staff to deliver excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department standards.
• Maintain proper food preparation, presentation and freshness of products.
• Utilize P&L and store reports to drive improvements.
• Read and interpret operating manuals and procedures.
