Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent restaurant-management experience.
Ability to supervise staff and deliver customer service leadership.
Experience reading and interpreting store reports and operating procedures.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations and supervise staff alongside the Restaurant Leader.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department standards.
Monitor food quality, presentation, and freshness across all products.
Utilize P&L and store reports to drive positive change.
Read and understand operating and maintenance instructions and manuals.
Maintain proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
