Qualifications

• Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for staff.
• Ability to oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with policies and Health Department standards.
• Proficiency with basic business reports and store performance data.
• Willingness to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching with the Restaurant Leader.
• Ensure restaurant standards, cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations.
• Monitor food preparation, presentation, and freshness.
• Utilize store reports and P&L to drive improvements.
• Interpret operating and maintenance instructions and manuals.
