7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager in Mount Juliet, TN. This role supports the Restaurant Leader, oversees daily operations, and drives exceptional customer service.

Candidates should have supervisory experience and the ability to manage P&L and store reporting while coaching staff to deliver consistent results. The position offers full-time hours, competitive pay, and opportunities for advancement within a strong internal promote-from-within culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a restaurant or retail setting.
• Ability to manage P&L and store reports.
• Strong customer service leadership and coaching skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications, especially Word/Excel.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent restaurant management experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and staff alongside the Restaurant Leader.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department standards.
• Maintain proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness.
• Utilize P&L and store reports to drive improvements and efficiency.
• Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions.
