7-Eleven is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager Trainee to help lead the store team, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. The role emphasizes training and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader to develop internal talent.

Experience in restaurant management, customer focus, and the ability to multi-task are valued. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive pay and growth potential within the company.

Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader.
• Ensure restaurant complies with company policies and Health Department Standards.
• Maintain proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness.
• Ability to read and interpret operating/manual documents.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; computer skills required.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; not required with 1 year of management exp.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading restaurant team and supervise staff adherence to standards.
• Monitor restaurant condition and ensure policy compliance and health codes.
• Coordinate training and coaching with the Restaurant Leader.
• Review P&L and store reports to drive improvements.
