7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to work with the restaurant leadership team. This role focuses on customer service leadership, training, and coaching, while ensuring daily operations meet standards and policies.

You will oversee staff, help manage the restaurant condition, and ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of foodservice products. The position offers full-time hours, with a focus on advancement within the organization.

Formación

• Experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret store reports and P&L data to drive improvements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting and documentation.
• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required with 1+ year of restaurant management experience.
• Must be able to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.
