7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our store leadership team in Texas.

In this trainee role you will work with the Restaurant Leader to supervise daily operations, coach crew members, and ensure outstanding customer service while following company policies. You will help manage cash handling, use P&L and store reports to improve performance, maintain health and safety standards, and support staff training and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader.
• Ensure restaurant conditions comply with Health Department standards and company policies.
• Read and interpret operating and maintenance documents and store reports to drive change.
