Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, with at least one year of restaurant management experience.
• Oversee restaurant operations and ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department standards.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to read operating and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop restaurant team, providing coaching and customer service leadership.
• Monitor restaurant conditions and ensure adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.
• Review P&L and store reports to drive improvements and operational changes.
