7-Eleven is seeking a Restaurant Leader (Manager) Trainee to oversee daily fresh food service operations in a fast-paced retail environment and to develop a high-performing team. You'll analyze financials, manage inventory, and lead scheduling while ensuring health and safety standards are met.

The role emphasizes recruiting, coaching, and creating a culture of excellence to drive customer satisfaction and store profitability. Pay ranges from $13.00 to $18.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous food service leadership or coaching experience.
• Able to obtain local safe food handling certification if required.
• Ability to analyze sales and costs using reports.
• Strong communication and vendor relations skills.
