Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in daily restaurant operations and scheduling.
• Ensure food quality, service standards, and cleanliness.

• Coach and support Team Members with training and feedback.
• Plan staffing and assist with conflicts to maintain morale.
• Enhance guest experience and address complaints promptly.
• Support reporting, budgeting, and financial record keeping.
