You will participate in day‑to‑day operations in a high‑volume setting, train and discipline team members, ensure safety and standards, and contribute to a culture of teamwork and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a manager, leader, or director in a fast‑paced restaurant.
• Ability to lead a diverse team and communicate effectively.
• Hands‑on leader with a strong service mindset and CARE from the heart.

Responsibilities

• Jump in and work hands‑on across multiple restaurant positions as needed.
• Train, recalibrate, and discipline Team Members to Chick‑fil‑A standards.
• Manage food cost, labor cost, repairs, maintenance, and cash handling.
• Lead the team to deliver remarkable service in a fast‑paced environment.
