Job summary

Responsibilities

• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder.
• Count drawers and start / finalize the day.
• Operationally run the day-to-day activities of the floor in Front of House and/or Back of House.
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team.
• Offer immediate and respectful responses to Guest's needs.
• Manage the daily operations of the restaurant including guest experience, cash management, facilities, ordering and inventory, food preparation & assembly.

A Floor Leader consistently demonstrates our core values, and embraces the Chick-fil-A culture. Our Floor Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations. They are responsible for opening/closing the restaurant. A Floor Leader’s two main focus areas are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/training team members. Floor Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Floor Leader Responsibilities:
