RH Hospitality is seeking an Associate Hospitality Leader to drive service and operational excellence within RH Hospitality. You will partner with the Hospitality Leader to execute RH’s vision, inspire Team Members, and deliver an extraordinary guest experience in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

The role emphasizes structured training, strategic direction for service, and strong collaboration across leadership levels.

Competenze

• 3+ years previous Hospitality Leadership experience in a high volume, full-service setting.
• Proven ability to manage financial performance including labor and food costs, inventory controls, and resource planning.
• Experience with email communication and standard office software.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop Team Members in partnership with the Hospitality Leader.
• Shape the strategic direction of dining room service, including recruitment and onboarding.
• Uphold quality and safety standards across hospitality spaces and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Engage with guests and Team Members to create seamless experiences.
