Job summary

RH Hospitality is seeking a passionate Associate Hospitality Leader to drive service and operational excellence within RH Hospitality. You will work with the Hospitality Leader to execute the RH vision, inspiring Team Members to deliver an extraordinary guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate will develop others, lead with a strategic yet hands-on approach, and manage labor, costs, and scheduling to support RH's high standards and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years previous Hospitality Leadership experience in a high volume, full-service setting.
• Proven ability to manage financial performance with leadership guidance, including labor and food costs.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Inventory Management systems, Micros POS or equivalent, and email communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Team Members in partnership with the Hospitality Leader, providing training and guidance to uphold RH's dining room standards.
• Partner with the Hospitality Leader to shape service strategy, including recruiting, onboarding, and building a high-performing team.
• Drive operational excellence by upholding quality and safety standards across hospitality spaces and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Engage with guests and Team Members to create a seamless experience.
• Support the Hospitality Leader by assessing labor and sales performance and implementing practices to boost revenue.
• Create strategic team schedules to optimize operations and elevate guest experiences.
• Assume full leadership in the Hospitality Leader's absence to ensure seamless execution.
