The ideal candidate has proven leadership, excellent guest relations, and strong communication. You will help with scheduling, inventory, P&L, labor management, and create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership role within a full-service restaurant or bar.
• Strong passion for customer service and building guest relationships.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including P&L, inventory, and labor management.
