Job summary

Hai Hospitality is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our Houston location to work alongside the General Manager. This hands-on role will keep service running smoothly and lead our front of house team in a high-volume, full-service environment.

The ideal candidate has prior management experience in high-volume restaurants, strong food and beverage knowledge, and experience with P&L and inventory procedures. Annual salary ranges from $70,000 to $75,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a high volume, full service restaurant.
• Evening and weekend availability.
• Strong food and beverage knowledge.
• Exposure to P&L reporting and inventory procedures (strongly preferred).
• A creative, ambitious approach and a genuine passion for food and people.

Responsibilities

• Work side by side with the General Manager to keep service running smoothly.
• Lead the front of house team and maintain high service standards.
• Be hands-on in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
