Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Las Vegas, NV is launching a Restaurant Director training program designed to rotate candidates through every aspect of restaurant operations. The 24-month program provides hands-on exposure across front-of-house and back-of-house teams, guided by a team of three executive directors and the local owner/operator.

Participants will advance into Trainer and/or Team Leader roles, with the long-term aim of becoming an owner/operator.

Qualifications

• 4-year Business degree required or near completion.
• Strong interest in restaurant operations and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Levels Training Program to gain hands-on experience across restaurant operations.
• Rotate through Trainer and/or Team Leader roles to learn leadership responsibilities.
• Collaborate with restaurant leadership to uphold Chick-fil-A standards and guest experience.
• Engage in ongoing professional development with guidance from the owner/operator.
• Contribute to the restaurant's success through team meetings, training, and projects.
• Demonstrate Chick-fil-A core values and integrity in all interactions.
