Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management in a high-volume setting.
• Experience with personnel management, food planning, purchasing, sanitation and health codes.
• Aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level.
• Understanding of financial aspects of restaurant operations.
• Food handler certification, preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure service and guest satisfaction.
• Train team members on Shack operations.
• Motivate and manage staff to deliver top hospitality.
• Lead with coaching to achieve excellence.
• Promote the brand locally through events and word-of-mouth.
• Ensure sanitation and safety compliance.
