Qualifications

• 2-3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of personnel management, food planning/prep, purchasing, sanitation and health codes.
• Aptitude for coaching and driving excellence; understanding of business finances.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction.
• Train team members on Shack operations.
• Motivate and manage staff to deliver hospitality at the highest level.
• Demonstrate leadership with coaching and excellence.
• Develop and implement plans to promote the brand in the local community.
