The Post Colorado is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a vibrant, high-volume chicken & beer operation with a focus on hospitality and team leadership.

You will mentor a large staff, uphold brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction while delivering results in a lively Colorado venue. This role rewards strong communicators and educators who thrive in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of manager/management/supervisory duty in a full service restaurant setting.
• At least 3 years in Hospitality.
• ServSafe Manager & TIPS certified (we'll provide training!)
• Handle the physical requirements of a restaurant manager job including standing and lifting
• Available to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Integrity, intelligence, honesty and a willingness to learn, dig in, and be world famous.
