The Post Colorado is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a dynamic team in Estes Park. You will drive guest satisfaction with warm, southern hospitality and manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth service.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in hospitality leadership, TIPS & ServSafe certification, and a passion for beer. This full-time role offers a competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities to grow with our Boulder-based restaurant family.

Qualifications

• 1 year in hospitality management or restaurant leadership
• TIPS & ServSafe Manager Certified (training provided)
• Ability to bend, stand for long periods, lift heavy objects
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Integrity, motivation and willingness to learn
