7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a store's restaurant operations in Irving, Texas. The role focuses on customer service leadership, staff development, and ensuring health and safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of restaurant management experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with opportunities for advancement within a promoting-from-within culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of restaurant management experience.
• Strong customer service leadership and coaching.
• Oversee operations and ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department standards.
• Proficient in P&L and store reports.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant staff.
• Aim to maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants and developing leaders.
• Oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with policies and Health Department Standards.
• Implement merchandising and marketing programs across the store.
• Utilize P&L and store reports to drive improvements.
