Qualifications

• Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees.
• Desire to maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants and developing leaders.
• Ability to oversee the restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards.
• Ability to oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft products preferred: Word, Excel).
• High School diploma or GED preferred; one year of restaurant management experience acceptable.
• Ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
