Job summary

7-Eleven in the United States is seeking a Restaurant Manager through our Leader Trainee program. You will join a focused management team and progress from cashier or part-time to a store leader through training and hands-on experience.

You’ll develop people, oversee operations, and implement merchandising and marketing programs while ensuring health and safety standards. The program emphasizes internal advancement and strong customer service leadership.

Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant staff.
• Develop leaders, hire qualified applicants, and promote retention.
• Ensure restaurant meets Health Department standards and safety guidelines.
• Oversee merchandising and marketing programs within the store.
• Use store dashboards and P&L data to drive performance improvements.
