7-Eleven is hiring a Restaurant Manager to lead a store's restaurant operations, supervise team members, and ensure exceptional customer service. This role focuses on developing leaders, maintaining store standards, and driving sales through effective merchandising and coaching.

Ideal candidates will have prior restaurant management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to analyze store reports to implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees.
• Desire to maintain high retention by developing leaders and empowering staff.
• Oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards.
• Oversee merchandising and marketing programs.
• Use store reports and P&L to drive improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft products).
• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required with 1+ year of management experience.
• Ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.
