Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a busy store team and drive exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise food service operations, coach staff, and ensure adherence to company policies and health standards.

Successful candidates bring supervisory experience, strong communication, and a focus on from-within advancement. Training programs pave the path to senior store leadership and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Oversee restaurant operations and customer service leadership.
• Experience in restaurant management and supervision.
• Ability to hire and develop leaders and retain staff.
• Knowledge of health department standards.
• Experience with merchandising and marketing programs.
• Ability to use P&L and store reports to drive change.
• Willingness to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all restaurant employees.
• Oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards.
• Implement merchandising and marketing programs across the store.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive changes and improve performance.
• Maintain high retention by developing qualified applicants and empowering employees.
• Support the store team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
