Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team in Dallas, TX. You will work with the Restaurant Leader to supervise staff, ensure brand standards, and drive excellent customer service across shifts.

The role emphasizes operational control, training, and accountability for food quality, freshness, and store performance, utilizing P&L and reports to guide improvements.

Qualifications

• Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Restaurant Leader, for all restaurant employees.
• Ability to oversee the restaurant condition and ensure compliance with policies and Health Department Standards.
• Strong focus on proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness of products.
• Experience interpreting P&L and store reports to influence changes.
