7-Eleven, Inc. seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager in Texas to join our management team and drive daily store performance. You will lead the team, oversee training and coaching, and ensure operations meet brand standards and health regulations.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching to all restaurant employees.
• Ensure restaurant condition complies with company policies and Health Department Standards.
• Strong focus on proper food preparation, presentation and freshness; read and interpret operating manuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a restaurant team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Monitor store performance using P&L and store reports to drive improvements.
