Job summary

The Burger King restaurant in Oak Creek, Wisconsin seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, profitability, guest satisfaction, and team development. You will manage a team including an Assistant Manager, Shift Coordinators, and Crew Members, reporting to the District Manager.

You will recruit, onboard, coach, and schedule staff, enforce standards and regulations, and engage with the local community to grow sales and guest experience.

Qualifications

• This role requires at least 18 years of age and a HS diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience is preferred.
• A strong understanding of P&L management and profitability drivers.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines and objectives.
• Proven leadership and guest service skills.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Owns the restaurant P&L and drives profitability through operations and guest service.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and recognition of staff.
• Direct labor and scheduling to optimize staffing levels.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, employment laws, and company policies.
• Uphold brand standards and perform duties of assistant manager when needed.
