Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager to improve restaurant profitability through sales and labor control.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding new Managers and Team Members.
• Train, coach and develop entry-level managers and staff.
• Open and close the restaurant following established checklists.
• Ensure adherence to rules, policies, and procedures by all staff.
• Maintain a safe working environment for staff and guests.
• Model guest hospitality expectations and lead by example.
• Assign daily tasks and follow up with team members.
