Peter Piper Pizza is seeking an Assistant General Manager to ensure high-quality guest experiences through hospitality, quality products, and a clean environment. You will coach and develop team members, managers, and certified trainers, and support recruiting to meet business needs.

Competenze

• Minimum 18 years of age as allowed by local law for serving alcohol
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2 years of management experience in restaurant/hospitality or equivalent

Mansioni

• Assist the General Manager to ensure restaurant profitability through sales, labor costs and waste management
• Assist General Manager with recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding new managers and team members
• Train, coach and develop entry-level managers and team members
• Open and close the restaurant by following the appropriate checklists
• Ensure all managers and team members adhere to rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
• Maintain a safe working environment for all managers, team members and guests
• Model and reinforce guest hospitality expectations
• Assign daily tasks to entry-level managers and team members and follow-up
