Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally allowed to work in the US.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager to ensure restaurant profitability through sales, labor, and food waste management.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new Managers and Team Members.
• Train, coach and develop entry-level managers and staff.
• Open and close the restaurant using proper checklists.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and safety procedures.
• Maintain a safe working environment for staff and guests.
• Model and reinforce guest hospitality expectations.
• Assign daily tasks to staff and monitor performance.
