You will manage scheduling, inventory, back-office processes, and partner with store leadership to maintain standards, control costs, and ensure a smooth operation in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading teams in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Experience hiring, training, and developing employees.
• Experience with scheduling and inventory management.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CrunchTime, HotSchedules, or similar systems preferred.
