Westside Concepts is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team. Our Managers cultivate and maintain the high standards of culture, food quality, service, presentation, cleanliness, and efficiency of our restaurants.

The Assistant General Manager should be well versed in food costing, managing labor, great service standards, coaching and developing team members, budget performance and have the ability to adapt to an ever changing market.

Responsibilities

• Food Quality and Excellence.
• Maintenance of Food Cost and Labor Goals.
• Safe food handling and food safety knowledge; act as a role model.
• Hold team members accountable.
• Coach and develop service team.
• Menu, drink recipe and line build knowledge.
• Follow Operational Systems and SOPs.
• Strong teamwork culture.
• Communication with GM and Director of Operations.
• Responsible cash and card handling.
• Must be available nights & weekends.
• Cultivate open communication between managers and team members.
• Interview, hire, and train team members to take on larger roles.
• Other job duties as assigned.
