Responsibilities

• Control food, labor, cash, and controllable expenses per guidelines.
• Improve sales by focusing on speed, quality, and bells standards.
• Maintain adequate staffing across all days and parts.
• Prepare and conduct performance appraisals.
• Handle hiring for crew, shift leaders, and managers.
• Coach and train staff to achieve certifications and performance.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation compliance.
• Ensure employment law compliance.
• Ensure safe restaurant environment and take corrective action.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and report repairs.
• Provide feedback to area coach through calls and meetings.
• Manage turnover through smart selection and training.
• Assist with food prep and cash handling as needed.
