Job summary

Mo’ Bettahs is seeking an experienced restaurant leader to drive daily brand execution and oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house operations in Utah. You will ensure cleanliness, uphold Mo’ Bettahs standards, and work to grow same-store sales while monitoring line speed and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 2+ years of management experience in a food service setting, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for teamwork and Hawaiian culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years managing up to 40 team members in food service or business context.
• Proven track record of promoting team members.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily brand execution and ensure high standards in FOH & BOH.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across restaurant operations.
• Drive Same Store Sales growth and monitor line speed via transaction times.
• Serve as main contact for customer service and monitor reviews.
• Coordinate weekly meetings and review staff schedules.
• Complete weekly reports, inventory, and ordering tasks.
