• Trains crew in new products and customer service; fosters courteous interactions.
• Trains new crew and managers using established orientation and training processes.
• Cross-trains crew for efficient shift coverage.
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness and follows the cleaning plan.
• Directs crew to correct deficiencies and adheres to standards.
