Job summary

Chick-fil-A Lindale/North Tyler is seeking leaders to execute daily operations, coach team members, and uphold our service culture in a fast-paced setting.

You will help complete tasks to run the restaurant smoothly, train new hires, and maintain high standards of guest experience, with a focus on hospitality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Smile, make eye contact and speak enthusiastically to guests.
• Create emotional connections and deliver superior customer service.
• Have reliable transportation and be available to work Saturdays.
• Work well in a fast-paced team with shared ownership.
• 18 years of age or older; prior shift-lead experience is not required but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in day-to-day operations in a high-volume restaurant.
• Offer immediate, respectful responses to guest needs.
• Assist training of new hires and model positive behavior.
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player and lead shifts when needed.
• Open or close, count drawers and finalize day.
• Maintain strong written and spoken communication.

Our leader's two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Our leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Leader Responsibilities:

• Participating operationally in day‑to‑day activities in high‑volume, fast‑paced restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
• Count drawers and finalize day
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
